Insurance

Impact Vision Care Optometry is out-of-network with most medical insurance plans and all vision plans (including VSP and EyeMed). In offering a Direct Eye Care approach, we are able to offer more doctor-patient time with comprehensive, high-quality care without the restrictions that many insurance providers place on in-network providers.

At this time, we do accept Medicare; however, our office is not in-network for any HMO Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans. Most PPO medical insurance plans and some vision plans do allow out-of-network coverage to help offset the cost of the visit. Please call the office to learn more.

Payment Methods

Our office accepts cash, personal checks and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. In addition, patients may utilize their Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) or Flex Spending Accounts (FSAs) to pay for their services and materials.
